Delivery charges and times:

Products will be sent to the provided delivery address using transportation services. The order is shipped within 2-7 days except Sundays and public holidays. In case delivery is not possible we are obliged to immediately notify you, cancel your order and return in whole the amnount you have been charged with.
 

Guarantees

All store products are covered by manufacturers guarantee. Ken Group Ltd accepts no liability for deficiencies or defects of any sold products caused by improper use or different from that for which the product is intended. Buyer is obliged to check bought products for defects and deficiencies at the time of receipt at the place designated in the order. If delivery is through an agency, the review should be conducted at the time of reciept at the agency. If no defect or deficiency is claimed and declared at this time, receipt is considered unconditional and the seller bears no further responsibility.
 

Order cancellation

In case you wish to cancel in whole or in part an order, it is possible to do so free of charge until the moment you are notified regarding shipping. You can still cancel once your order has been shipped but you must return the product intact in its original packaging and be charged with the all related shipping costs.

Items shipped from our headquarters are surcharged by 20% VAT in the order form unless the buyer is certified for intrastate EU transactions where tax is excluded. For wholesale prices are depending on user account and are personal.
